The Space:

Bring your large group to Rockaway Beach and stay in this bright and spacious six-bedroom house, offering a private hot tub, loads of at-home entertainment, and easy beach access. The main level of this charming home is on the first floor where you can find an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area into one, big space. The light-filled living room offers a comfy place to relax viewing the 65' TV with Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix, and Prime Video streaming capabilities. You'll also have free WiFi access for all your online needs, as well as a private washer/dryer on both the main and second floors for your added convenience. The roomy kitchen invites you to create all your family favorites, and there's also a gas grill so you can keep dinner time simple with some tasty seafood kabobs. One bedroom and one full bathroom can be found here. As you climb up the stairs, you'll find yourself on the second level of this home where most of the bedrooms are. Five bedrooms and three bathrooms are here. And last, but not least, the upper and third level is what we would call the game room. This getaway offers so much in-home entertainment, you may just want to stay close and indulge in some reading and catch up on your favorite cable shows while the kids play air hockey, Ping-Pong, Pop-A-Shot, and foosball in the game room, which also has its own 65' TV with Apple TV for your viewing pleasure. You'll be a half-block from the sand and water, about two miles south of Rockaway Beach proper. Nehalem Bay is about seven miles north where you'll find hiking, picnicking, horseback riding, kayaking, and more, though there's plenty to see and do right here in Rockaway Beach as well. Must-see natural attractions include Three Capes Scenic Loop, Twin Rocks, and Munson Creek Falls. Take the 25-mile trek around Tillamook Bay to Cape Meares Scenic Viewpoint and Lighthouse for spectacular views, and stop off at Tillamook Cheese Factory for a tour on the way.

We loved the house, the openness of the kitchen, living room and deck. The dining table was great for us all to sit around. Lots of games played there. Having three bathrooms on one floor was awesome. We do this trip annually and look forward to renting this house again next year.

Perfect multigeneration vacation home.

This home could not have been any more perfect for a multigenerational family. Everyone, especially this kids, loved the third floor game room. There were plenty of beds and bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor. The living and dining areas were big enough and with enough seating that everyone could join in every activity, including games from the game closet. The kitchen was well equipped and we prepared all our meals there. (Ran out of dish washer detergent and were told by VACASA contact # that they would not provide more. It was a weird AI generated response.) To top off all the great features, there was easy beach access. Rave reviews from the Oregonians and the New Yorkers, even during a stormy and rainy December week. Highly recommend.

Family reunion

this was a great house for our family—parents, four children and their partners, and two granddaughters. We had plenty of space to spread out and also plenty of space to gather. The kitchen is well-appointed and has room for multiple cooks sharing space. The house is also very quiet! We had the perfect weekend, weather-wise, and spent many miles walking on the beach, which is very close. We definitely want to return!

Perfect for family

This is our third time to stay at the property and won't be our last. The layout is perfect for grandparents, parents, and kids. The new arcade game was a huge success. The closeness to the beach is wonderful. The size of the kitchen and dining table work great. The new deck is gorgeous. Now if only we could reserve good weather . . .

Great house, lots of fun

We had a group of 15 stay in this house, and it was wonderful. Perfect size, beds for everyone, and the game room was an added bonus. It's only a short walk to the beach, and a short drive to town.

Family stay

We have multiple families going to Oregon coast for 30 years. It is located perfect for the activities we enjoy. Crabbing, manzanita , Tillamook, and the beach just steps away. This is the second time at this house, we are always going to have this house as one of our choces. Big game room for the kids and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone

Great family property

12 family members stayed here for a week. Great space for adults and children. Very nice accommodation with bedrooms and bathrooms for all. The game room was a plus for the kids. Would stay here again

Fun, fun, fun!

This property is a great choice for those looking to explore the beach with kids. Beach access is simple - just a short walk that everyone in our group could easily manage while carrying our beach toys. The house itself has lots of sleeping space and a great layout. The kids absolutely loved the game room and even sat in the hot tub. The kitchen is well-equipped and we appreciated that there was seating for everyone. We would stay here again if we’re in the area.

We had a wonderful family reunion.

What a fantastic set up for a large family reunion. Each couple had their own bedroom. My sister has cancer and has limited mobility. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for her and her spouse. Lovely large kitchen for our cooking and we loved having a table everyone could sit around. We had a great time enjoying the beach.

Wonderful multi-family place

Overall we are very happy with our stay at this house. The kitchen is very well equipped… crockpot, instapot, plenty of pots & pans, potato peeler, decent knives. Enough silverware, plates, glasses for the number of people the house accommodates (which is rarely the case). Having a second fridge in the garage for drinks was amazing! There is plenty of counter space and an empty pantry cabinet for your food. Having the two tables was wonderful. We did a couple of puzzles at the round table and were able to split into two groups for different card/board games. We were able to all sit together (13) for meals and have plenty of room. We were all comfortable in the living room together as well… even the German shepherd size dog with her bed! Speaking of beds… everyone had a comfortable nights sleep… only one of the teens complained about one of the bunk beds (maybe just a picky kid). I usually have a hard time with beds in rentals and I was very happy with the bed I slept it. The 4 full bathrooms came in handy with our size group. They were all well equipped and in good clean working order. Nice that there was a towel closet in the downstairs bathroom with plenty of towels for the hot tub. The hot tub was only 85 degrees when we arrived, but after a quick text convo with our host we found out it had been drained and refilled that day. It was still heating back up and made it to 100 by 8pm, so we were happy. A couple of cleaning issues, but nothing we couldn’t deal with.

Great location

The house is roomy and has a great layout. Our one complaint is there is not a fenced yard for the dogs. In the photos there is a fence in the photo behind the hot tub. In reality that is the only piece of fencing , so we had to watch the 2 dogs every second they were outside. 😬. There was a mouse in the downstairs bathroom, so we were not able to use that one( by choice!). When we called management they sent someone out to investigate but did not actively do anything.

Great beach house for groups

The house was fantastic with a great location. However, I encountered the same problem with check in as other reviews have mentioned: the code provided in the check-in instructions was wrong. I tried calling Vacasa as soon as I saw it was a 4 digit code. The call connected then immediately dropped. So I tried contacting them via text and via the app. I explained that I had received the instructions with a 4 digit code that other recent reviews said was wrong and asked for the correct code. I got multiple responses saying either that I would get a message with the check-in instructions shortly before check-in or that they would be able to help with whatever issues I had. Obviously, the message I sent wasn't actually read. Fortunately, after arriving and verifying the the code didn't work (as expected), I tried calling again and was quickly able to get the correct 10 digit code.

Great beach house!

This house was perfect for our group. Awesome game room, close to the beach, two sets of washers and dryers, two refrigerators, nice bbq, great hot tub, two different dining tables to fit our 15 people. The only thing that was a bummer was the code sent to us for check-in was 4 digits and the wrong code. The one we actually needed was 10 or so digits and it took a little while to get connected with someone to give us the correct code. Overall, great house! We definitely want to stay here again.

Rockaway Beach

The house is amazing. Lots of room for all and a short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and ready for us. Internet worked great. Lots of games to play and plenty of sand toys and chairs to use. We loved that. The door lock code did not work so we sat outside for a long time waiting to have someone call us back. Still didn't work so they told us to use the key on the post, but the code for the key was not given so we waited for that. We had to use the key during our stay. Only 1 garbage can was not enough. The online checkout that vacasa sent was different instructions from the checkout in the book in the house. (?) The listing said "ocean view". Well, there isn't one. The outside shower was great, although it leaked. But was so nice to have that. We did out best. The instructions were not quite clear, but we really enjoyed our stay. Great house. Would always come back.

Amazing Home for Big Family

Wonderful designed house,roomy for 15 of us! Well stocked with board games,play room upstairs with ping pong&foos ball tables. Decent hot tub altho cover needs repair.Nice having 5 bdrms&3 baths on 2nd floor.garage messy&could only park one car.overall,lovely!

Nice stay for multiple families

The house is perfect for multiple families to stay in. Great open spaces to relax, play and dine. Good location too, with easy access to the beach. Vacasa was pretty terrible to deal with. They provided the wrong 4 digit code to enter the house. It took a while to connect with someone with the right code. In the end they provided a 9 digit code. Clothes were left on the porch when we arrived at check-in.

Pine Beach Loop

Property was terrific. Check in was horrible. Provided entry code did not work. Called the property manager. 2nd code did not work. We were then given th code to the backup lock box where we would find a key. Opened the lock box...no key. Finally on our 3rd call we were given the owners code to the front door. After 12 of us had stood for an hour in the cold we got in...

Great for our family

The way this house is laid out, it works perfectly for three generations - grandparents on the first floor and parents/children on second floor with the playroom on the third floor. We want to come again next summer. Access to the beach was easy and safe (last year we had to walk across the highway). The only caveats we have - the gas grill was not functioning and the wooden deck needs replacing (has rotten boards).

Relaxing family reunion

Very relaxing near the beach. Included beach chairs too! The house was amazing and you would have never thought we had so many people in it at once. Glad to have 2 frigs! It was huge and spacious, well stocked kitchen. I loved the hot tub it was jussssst right and playroom was over the top!
