"This cozy yet roomie beach Cottage was one of our favorite vacation rental stays so far. We loved the easy walk to the beautiful flat beach, which was about three blocks. We loved sitting outside on the covered patio. Plenty of comfortable living space, beds, and towels, blankets & linens. Very well stocked kitchen. Very clean. "Great little house on the beach. You can get to the beach but it’s a little steep. Kitchen could use a good reorganization and some cobwebs above shower and bedroom. Shower head falls out of holder and could easily hit someone. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for two or a small family. "

"The house was fantastic and plenty of room for the 3 of us. Kitchen was well stocked with some spices and cookware. The view and location are the all stars. Deck right out to a sandy area with full view of the ocean. It was amazing! Sipping coffee in the morning sitting on an Adirondack chair with my feet in the sand and watching the waves was exactly the relaxation I was hoping for. View from living room was also spectacular. "Very clean and we had alot of space, parking not ideal if you drive a full size pick-up."

"Extremely clean. Amazing view. Well stocked in every way: kitchen utensils, pots, pans, crockpot, spices, etc. Everything you’d need to cook meals, which we did. Plenty of towels (including beach towels), soap and toilet paper. An amazing feature is the heated water that comes out of the faucet outside to wash off the sand with. "

"Location was great! Our family had enough space to spread out yet also feel like we were able to enjoy spending time together as well. We loved our daily walks on the beach and coastal excursions north and south of Rockaway. We would stay again!"
