"This home was just right for our family vacation. The spacious layout made it possible for early-risers to have coffee and chat while others were still enjoying a good sleep. The neighborhood was quiet, and the walk to the beach and brewpub was quick and easy. When we had a question about the hot tub, our host responded quickly and offered a helpful solution. All in all it was a wonderful vacation, and we will be recommending this house to our friends!"

"IBB Beach Mansion was the perfect venue for a family celebration of dad's 90th birthday. The million dollar ocean view is everywhere! Plenty of space to spread out, comfy rooms, impressive decks, and relaxing hot tub to unwind. The modern kitchen is well stocked and big enough for multiple chefs and peanut gallery. Small touches like the coffee bar turned out to be surprisingly popular. We'll be back!"

"We loved our stay for two nights . We had four adults and two children. Everyone had lots of space. We had great time cooking, playing, games, and walking on the beach and hanging out on the beach. "The kitchen was well stocked. We had asked beforehand if there was some items that we typically don't see in rentals and never heard back but almost all of them were here. There were lots of board games, books, and movies for entertainment.Also one of the best amenities for us was the locking gate for the stairs and highchair because we had a couple toddlers.Also we loved the fusbol!! For a very stormy, rainy weekend on the coast we were able to have a lot of fun here!"
