For everything to go well, we ask that you pay attention to some house rules and warnings:



The concierge is not authorized to store the luggage of the guests, however, if you wish, you can leave the luggage here at our branch.



It is not allowed to make noise after 22:00 (Law of Silence).



The renter must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation. People who are not on the list provided are not allowed to enter the building.



Separate organic waste from recyclable waste by dispensing them in different garbage bags.



Use the entrance and the service elevator when you have luggage or swimwear.



When leaving the apartment, check that you have turned off all electrical equipment. If this item is not complied with, the owner may deduct R$100.00 a day from the security deposit.



Our check-in starts at 15:00 and our check-out is before 11:00. If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability.



For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest. Bed and bath linen exchange services can be hired and paid separately. Be careful with products that could damage them, as any damaged items may be debited from your security deposit.



Hygiene items, such as toilet paper, are only provided at the beginning of the stay and are not replaced.



All guests must submit their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
