Villa Lisa is a house of great design, light and airy, set in the hills of Rimini and just ten minutes by car from the sea. Indoors, the villa is characterized by a modern, linear style, with all mod cons and technologically very advanced. It is a property that will allow its guests to relax, after a nice day at the beach, in the wellness area of the villa equipped with whirlpool tub, chromotherapy and a wet bar. It is also ideal for those who prefer to spend their day at home in total relaxation, enjoying the pool with its view over the surrounding hills or reading a good book in the shade of the large gazebo in front of the pool.
Interior:
The villa has two floors. The main entrance, on the first floor, leads directly into the living room with TV and dining area. A single space includes the living room and large kitchen with well-equipped island. The bright sliding glass doors in the living room and kitchen lead out to a covered gazebo and to an area provided with table and chairs, perfect for admiring the view while savouring the typical products of the Adriatic Riviera. The living room leads to a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. A staircase in quartzite goes down to the ground floor, partially beneath ground, with another living room and another sleeping area composed of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an adjoining bathroom with tub. The floor is completed by a double bedroom, a guest bathroom and the wellness area with whirlpool tub, chromotherapy with double shower and wet bar with direct outside access. The wellness area is accessible from the ground floor living room or directly from one of the double bedrooms. Annex: Located at about 30 m from the villa, the annex is composed by a turkish bath with shower and a hydro-massage jacuzzi with waterfall. The annex has air conditioning system, led and RGB lights and can be reach through a path of the garden.
Park:
The 2000 sq m property is completely fenced in. Oleanders and olive trees welcome guests into the estate, completed by a manicured lawn and hedges delimiting the parking area. Special attention is aimed to animal lovers: there are two large enclosures and an area for dogs to run and play freely. In front of the living room exit is a gazebo, covered by a motorized awning and protected by a side closure which can be lowered if necessary. Outside is a barbecue, a wet bar and a dining area which you can use while admiring the scenery and enjoying the tranquility of the hills of Rimini. A little further away in the garden is a sand beach volly court.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The inviting heated pool is located in the garden and guarantees absolute privacy. It is reached directly from the living area of the house through the large sliding glass doors. The pound-shaped pool, has a surface of about 50 sqm and the entrance is with 2 steps. It is lined with resin and PVC, it has cholrine purification and a variable depth from 1 m to 1.30 m. The lawn sunbathing area is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas and there is a cold-water shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday in October.
Pets: On request. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorized by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
