Country house with great views, pool, garden, panoramic terraces, free wifi

The house is in an open countryside, just on the top of a hill with beautiful panoramas on the Arno Valley.

Renting the whole farmhouse give you the advantage of a total privacy, without shared spaces. It is ideal for families or groups or friends, especially as a base for visiting the Tuscany region: Florence is only 18 km far. Arezzo, Siena, San Gimignano, Pisa, Lucca, are close as well and all reachable in a day trip.

The country house is composed by three different apartments:

- First floor apartment: before entering a small balcony where you can sit outdoors. A huge living room with fireplace. Well equipped kitchen. Then a corridor to the 4 bedrooms: two double, a double with separated beds and a single room.
Outside a tiled private terrace to stay outside during the beautiful season (in the terrace there is a shady gazebo to eat al fresco) .

- Ground floor apartment: can host 4 people.
It has one double bedroom, another double with twin beds, a large and equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom, outdoor private terrace with great views.

- Restored barn apartment: at the ground floor a well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower. At the first floor an open space of 40 square meters with a double bed sleeping area, another sleeping area with 2 single beds, and a living area with sofa, chairs and tv. To underline that this is an open flat and the two sleeping areas are divided by a wall and 2 big curtains that do not arrive to the ceiling.

Outside an outstanding terrace with a panoramic view over the hills. Then a large shared garden with a barbecue shady area and another garden with gazebo, pool, sun beds, deck chairs.

In the whole farmhouse there are 7 bedrooms in which is possible to host from 12 up to 16 people (after 12 people there is a supplement of euro 25 per person per night).

We are doing construction work for the construction of a new above ground swimming pool. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience or noise that may occur during your stay. The completion date of the works is not yet certain but they could extend until the end of May / beginning of June.

Not far from the apartment many services and shops:
Pampurio (in the village of Torri), is the closest shop (1 km), it is a grocery/restaurant/ bar that serves very good lunch and where you can buy simple stuff for a dinner.

Supermarket, shops, restaurants, pizzerias, banks are at 5 km in the village of Pontassieve or Rignano sull'Arno.

A car is needed for the stay.

Stay tax: 1,5 euro per night. To pay cash at the arrival
