Villa 'Il Frassine' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

The heart of Country Resort Il Frassine is the large villa (12 beds), which was the summer residence of physicist Enrico Fermi.



In addition to its historical value, the villa is located on one of the most beautiful hills of the Florentine Chianti, surrounded by 60 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, fruit trees, and a park with centuries-old trees. Villa Il Frassine is situated within an active farm producing wine, oil, and fruit.



Many animals live on the estate, including dogs, horses, cows, and farm animals. The villa consists of four double bedrooms and two small rooms with double beds, as well as four bathrooms with showers.



Room descriptions:



SILVIA ROOM: Beautiful 30 sqm room on the ground floor, with a canopy double bed, bathroom with shower, and antique furniture.



FERMI ROOM: This room was chosen by physicist Enrico Fermi for his summer stays. Furnished in blue tones, it features a double bed, period furniture, bathroom with shower, and can be easily connected to the smaller "Ginger" room (2 beds), ideal for children.



PANORAMA ROOM: 35 sqm room on the first floor, furnished with period furniture, balcony, and bathroom with shower.



ROSA ROOM: Room on the second floor, with double bed and bathroom with shower.

The villa offers three spacious living rooms with fireplace and a large American-style kitchen. Heating and electricity are available for an extra charge based on consumption. Bed linen is available for an extra fee to be paid on site.



Air conditioning is only available in the two rooms on the upper floor. The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi. A tennis court is 4 km away.
