THE SPACE
This shabby chic three-level home offers a blend of comfort and style. With high ceilings and large windows, the living space is airy and filled with natural light, showcasing stunning mountain and lake views. An inviting wood burning fireplace adds warmth to the living area and the modern kitchen is fully remodeled and well equipped for preparing meals. The movie room on the lower level, equipped with a popcorn machine and movie library, sets the stage for a fun family movie night!

Under the stars, enjoy a soak in the hot tub that overlooks the serene Rifle Gap and surrounding mountains. The lower deck features a seating area with a lake views, creating the ideal atmosphere for rest and relaxation. There is an additional deck off of the second floor with a barbecue grill and seating area, for warmer months. Just off the lower deck is a small fenced in area for your pup.

The master bedroom on the third level is spacious and modern, featuring an attached bathroom with dual sinks and a large tiled shower. The second bedroom is on the lowest level and features a comfortable queen bed and a private bathroom with a clawfoot tub that also serves as a shower, blending vintage with modern. With its warm and welcoming decor, Lake View effortlessly blends modern design with nature-inspired touches, making it a haven for memorable stays.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

A FOUR WHEEL DRIVE OR AWD VEHICLE IS REQUIRED, especially during fall, winter and spring months, due to a potential for heavy snowfall and the steep driveway.

Water is provided from a well so it is recommended that you BRING DRINKING WATER with you. Please review the Guest Guide in the home upon arrival for water conservation tips since there is a limited supply.

The second floor living area has a mini split AC unit and there are fans on the upper and lower level for your comfort.

Firewood is NOT provided so please bring your own if you plan to use the fireplace.

Travel Protection: We HIGHLY recommend purchasing our trip cancellation insurance as there are NO REFUNDS if canceled within 7 days of arrival, regardless of the reason (including illness, flight delays, weather, road conditions, etc.). Protect your vacation with RentalGuardian in case of cancellations, emergencies, and more.  Specifics will be provided in your confirmation email so you can get started and travel with peace of mind.

Included in the price of your rental is a $59 non-refundable damage protection insurance policy in lieu of a damage deposit. This is required protection insurance provided by Waivo for up to $2500 in accidental damage. The full agreement and list of coverage details can be found here.

• Cancellation policy: Full refund if canceled at least 30 days of arrival, 50% refund if cancelled between 7-29 days of arrival, NO refund if cancelled less than 7 days of arrival.
