"Matt’s home was absolutely perfect! It was just right with all the amenities we could want. Close to everything including the airport, downtown and breweries in the area. We would highly recommend to those traveling to Wilmington. So many positive comments. Matt was a great host who communicated so well to make our stay a delight. "

"It was My husband, me, son, Daughter in law and two grandbabies (ages 2 & 3). My son does not get much time off being in the army, so we were really looking forward to this trip. The unit was beautiful. (it looks exactly like the photos) Short drive to the waterfront, aquarium, beach, Museums and so much more. Not a bad restaurant anywhere. We had a wonderful time!!!"

"Stayed with my parents who are in their 90s to visit daughter who attends UNCW. It was the perfect place to retreat to after full days of exploring Wilmington and visiting UNCW. The cottage is tidy and the backyard is so inviting. Will definitely visit again. "

"The home was well decorated, very clean, and we had a great time. We’re a group of young girls and felt super safe the entire time. It’s a quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking, and a short drive to downtown. The beach is maybe a 20 min drive at most. Would definitely recommend! Thank you!"

"Our family really enjoyed this property. The host went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The only “hiccup” was having to switch to the adjacent unit because the initial one was not ready due to a miscommunication with the cleaning company. However!!!
