The location is next to train tracks, but it wasn't an issue for us because we were awake so it didn't disturb us. Host was very responsive. "Great little apartment. Steve very quick to respond to request such as space heater. It was delivered by Hunter who was friendly and professional. Loved tv in bedroom and stocked coffee for coffee maker. My mom would have liked to have a regular chair to get dressed on in bedroom as bed is high but very comfortable. Stairs a little tricky but my 87 yr old mom made it up them. Great stay overall, hence the rating."

"The "houseboat" was wonderful. We could walk to everything, but at the same time felt like we were staying in our own quiet neighborhood. The Cove is a wonderful place. The staff was wonderful. The communication and instructions on where to park, check-in, check out were super clear. The Cove is just a quick walk to the Riverfront and all the amazing spots of Wilmington. We had an issue with one of the TVs not working (which didn't really matter to us) and the staff had it repaired the next...
