Riverview Penthouse on Water Street! Stunning views and sunsets!

PERFECT LOCATION, AMAZING VIEWS AND SUNSETS FROM A PRIVATE BALCONY!! Stay in the heart of downtown and enjoy the skyline and river view through the large sliding glass doors or from the charming balcony. Riverview Penthouse is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple on a romantic getaway because it's quiet and peaceful on the 8th floor. However, you're just steps away from restaurants, bars, shopping, entertainment, and the downtown Riverwalk.
Do not parking on the deck behind the building, you will get towed.
Parking Downtown is limited there is a parking deck nearby. We have a pass you can purchase for a daily rate and come and go as you please. Contact us if you would like the parking pass.

Riverview Penthouse is clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with all of the modern amenities you need. Check in anytime with contactless, keyless entry and clear instructions. The private condo boasts high ceilings and has a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony with stellar views. Snacks and bottled water await your arrival. The living room has a large TV with cable, comfortable couch, and wireless internet. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, towels, soaps, sponges, Keurig coffee machine with regular and decaf pods, and the basics like salt, pepper, and oil. It also features a 6 stage reverse osmosis water filtration unit so you can enjoy your fill of fresh water. The bathroom is clean with fluffy towels, nice individual soaps, a steaming shower head with nice water pressure, and a cloth shower curtain that is frequently laundered. The newer king size bed has a comfortable mattress and a fully encapsulating mattress protector and quality pillows with fully encapsulating protectors to ensure that they are sanitary. The blankets and linens are clean and of high quality.

Because you're in the heart of downtown, you are a short walk from tons of great restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shopping, and entertainment. Check out our thorough guest book for recommendations! The beaches are just a 15 or 20 minute drive away. The USS North Carolina Battleship can be reached via water taxi or by car.

This one bedroom apartment was better than advertised. Beautiful views, excellent location for walking to local shops, bars, and restaurants. The accommodations were nice. The only complaint is the king sized bed needs to be changed. It is very squeaky and loud. I paid an additional 10/day fee to park in the neighboring building’s public parking garage. The parking pass allowed me to come and go as I pleased, which was nice. Parking was handled through the hosts. Conveniently there is a Dollar General store within close walking distance. I will plan to stay at this location again and highly recommend it. The host was professional and pleasant.

Property was very clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing. It was very nice sitting on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the view. Our host was very accommodating in every way. This property is located centrally in Wilmington and a short walk to numerous restaurants. We highly recommended.

Curt and Ada's place was great for my wife and I to get away for several weekdays. The home was spotless, organized, and just perfect. Curt and Ada were awesome hosts, answering questions before we arrived and included personal touch to their local recommendations (by message and a book in the living room). The view was great, weather was perfect, and we could not have asked for a better time. Thank you Curt and Ada!

My wife and I had an amazing trip staying here. (We are from Pennsylvania) from the cozy home feel of the condo to the awesome view with sunsets it will make you not want to leave. We didn’t plan any of our days out during our stay. Which make some of the best vacation experiences. The condo is in the perfect location downtown with all the local restaurants, shops, bars/clubs within 8 minute walking distance. The location of the Condo also makes you feel like you’re in a safe area. Check in and Check out is very easy. The owners keep in contact with you the entire time. The only thing I wish is that you could use the parking pass to park on location of your stay. Unfortunately you have to walk a block down the street and park in the parking garage and you might have to park on the 3rd floor because the 1st and 2nd are reserved. The only other parking option is paying metered parking which cost can add up quickly. But if you can look past that then you’ll enjoy the entire stay and appreciate how easy going your vacation will be.

Long Weekend Getaway

First time staying overnight in Wilmington. The location of this condo was perfect for us. Walked most places. Utilized the parking pass which was very convenient. Would recommend it. If you stay here. We highly recommend Sip Tiki bar in the next block near the parking garage. Great drinks and the owner, Sherry was very friendly and fun to talk to. We were also a big fan of Bagels on Pointe on the ground floor of the condo. Enjoyed popping in and taking back for breakfast on the balcony. Looking forward to visiting again.

Stunning views, convienient location, adequate accommodations. Think comfort suites with a view. Shower best described as RV like. Whole apartment needs fresh paint. Parking off site was inconvenient but cheap at 10 a day. On 8th floor of a 9 story building so not technically a Penthouse. Things the property couldn't control dimmed the experience. Several unhoused people where a fixture in the area. The building chose to replace the electric meters during our stay which made the power go off for a few hours. Poor planning on somebody's part. Property manager was polite and responsive. Nice welcome basket.

Perfect long weekend getaway

We come to Wilmington often as our son lives there. We’ve stayed many places over the years, but this is the one we will seek out for future trips. The condo was perfect and the process was flawless. Excellent hosts! The downtown location is perfect for all that we like to do while we are there.

Great location and view

Amy is connected to the Battleship North Carolina here in Wilmington. Her uncle, Jimmy Craig, was the one who started the effort to save the ship from scraping and bring it to NC. So it was very important to view the ship during our stay. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was very friendly and quick responding to our questions. Thank you.

Great, well situated place

Perfect location to land for a fun weekend. Close to beaches with a 20 min car ride, close to Leland (where we were visiting) with a10 minute car ride. Parking lot attendant is very strict even just during unloading, she started a timer lol. Really. Just buy the parking pass with the rental for 10/day. Very convenient. Washer dryer with a few pods left there for us was huge help. Great view, high up and nice and quiet. Instructions are clear and arrive at just the right time. Thank you!

Great stay in Wilmington

Curt’s place in Wilmington was fantastic! The view over the river was nice, and we loved walking the boardwalk to find wonderful places to eat. The size of the rooms and cleanliness were perfect. I loved all the extras like the snacks and face wipes! We would recommend the place to anyone.

Excellent location!!

Really amazing condo in the perfect spot to enjoy all things Wilmington. Lots of great local eateries and shops to see and visit. I’m retired Navy so the USS NORTH CAROLINA was a must. Toured Carolina beach and it was very nice as well. Only thing we could complain about was the racing noise after midnight down the street. Nothing that is any fault of the hosts (who are excellent btw) but just some inconsiderate people racing after midnight. Highly recommend this place to stay if you’re visiting Wilmington.

Great place for the 2 of us. Location was great so many activities in close range. I was a little worried about parking, but paid a little extra for parking garage and it worked out fine. Highly recommend
