We loved the location of the property. The space was quite beautiful. The location in the San Juan Mountains makes this property highly desirable for hikers and outdoors enthusiasts. We were hiking everyday and if youā€™re a person who needs to visit the glamorous life, Telluride is close by.

The location of the cabin was perfect for us. We were able to enjoy Ouray and Ridgeway. Very comfortable sleeping arrangements. It had all the luxury we needed for our short 3 night stay.

Mountain Paradise!

Loved our stay at Camp Happy Ranch! The viewout the back was absolutely stunning and we loved seeing the wildlife outside our window. Suzanne, Steven and Blue were so accommodating and gave us great suggestions as far what to do in beautiful Ourayā€¦we will definitely be back!

Perfect!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights during our ice climbing trip. It was the perfect location less than 10 minutes from Ouray but still secluded enough to feel like a getaway. The house had everything we needed for a relaxing stay ā€” nice views, a fireplace, cooking appliances, comfy beds. We didnā€™t get a chance to go down to the river, which was a short walk from the property. Next time! We were also permitted to check in slightly early and check out an hour late, which we greatly appreciated! Highly recommend!

Relax and enjoy!

We stayed at this guest house and it was one of the best rentals weā€™ve stayed in the past 10 years! The kitchen has everything you need to cook a great meal and there are two king size beds. One is a little firmer than the other and each has a nice thick comforter. Thereā€™s a fireplace in the living room, along with a smart TV, and the furniture is comfortable. The shower has good water pressure and the towels are super soft! We really enjoyed our time here. Thanks so much Suzanne and Steven your hospitality!

What a beautiful place to stay, Suzanne and Steven were fantastic. Great instructions to get there and maps given to wonder the river. Only downfall is that we didnt feel it was super clear in the description that the guest house was attached to the owners private home. Not that it hindered our stay, just wasn't completely expected.

Wonderful placeā€™

We stayed this past weekend and loved being here! The space was as listed, and so quiet and comfortable inside. Loved our visits to the river in the morning, and the great coffee provided to spur us on our day trips to Ouray and Telluride. The sleigh bed was super clean and comfortable also. We will definitely be back to the area and would stay here again without a doubt.

Good location and near Ouray and other areas.

Clean ranch ā€˜cabinā€™ somewhat isolated quiet, near the river and deer grazing (though the owners are close by should you need anything - we didnā€™t as it was clean, well organized and supplied) A perfect location - basically in the middle of Ouray and Ridgway (where we picked up groceries) both towns less than 10 minutes away from the ranch. Also about an hour to the south rim of Black Canyon of the Gunnison.

Honestly, incredible

The property is in a great location. It is on a nice little river with beautiful views of the mountains, and set far enough back where there really aren't any neighbors. It is an easy 10 minutes to Ouray (a beautiful little town in a box canyon) and maybe just a little bit more to Ridgway. The property was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly. Everything was just incredible. My only complaint was that I couldn't stay forever.
