Apartamentos em Richmond, TX

"Simple yet effective amenities provided exactly what you'd hope from such places like working desks plus additional comforts making life easy whenever you are staying away from home altogether."

"No estaba limpio. Una cucaracha pelos en las sabanas"

"Comfortable environment with good amenities."

"Ho pagato troppo per una camera di una casa situata nel retro della casa. Per entrare c’era l’erba alta, e edera che cresceva su l’unica panchina di legno che sembrava abbandonata. In più il bagno non era per niente pulito, nel lavandino c’era ancora dentifricio di chi si era lavato i denti prima. A mio avviso l’esperienza vale meno della metà del prezzo richiesto. La posizione e il suo punto forte."

"Simple amenities worked well together, everything seemed thought through nicely!"

"Comfortable seating area outside where we could relax for a bit when not exploring."

"Good enough for what I needed. Very close. . . . as Houston goes. . . .for where I needed to be. But it was loud and the locals are restless . . . .these are the times we live in I suppose. Getting in the Main gate was noy ideal. No code issues but you have to hang in the traffic lane to get the gate code entered for admittance. That being said. . . . . was VERY happy to have gated parking"

"Great location. Very clean. Nice for two people. !!"

"This rental was perfect for me and my dog during our Thanksgiving visit - especially with the unrestricted parking, location, cleanliness. Max was incredibly communicative, super kind, and so helpful. I would definitely stay at this place again...and I hope to!"

"Very nice efficency apt. Worked perfect for us"

"Well look to stay again"

"The property was very clean and functional. If you like walking it a little far from things."

"Super convenient location near everything we needed."

"Property was excellent and host was very responsive."

"Checkin was unpleasant because I was given the wrong lockbox information and had trouble reaching the management company. Finally I did and after an hour I got the key. They the WiFi didn’t work and I couldn’t reach anyone - another frustrating hour wasted. The hidden router just needed to be plugged in. The place itself was very comfortable and very convenient for the Reliant Stadium."

"The location was excellent for my needs - close to where I needed to be as well as a great coffee spot, grocery store, and many box stores. The property's amenities, including the outdoor pool and the fitness center, added to the value and my decision to rent this unit. The host's responses to my questions were IMMEDIATE and helpful. There is room for improvement with regard to cleanliness."

"Conveniently located to the medical district with plenty of grocery and restaurants nearby. Apartment complex is quiet, secure, and offers more space and comfortable than a hotel room for those that need extended stay in the area. Host is very responsive. Be sure to download instructions prior to stay to ensure smooth entry to complex. Walk from parking garage to unit is long but all an indoor walk within complex. Will stay again."
