"Great place to stay! It worked out perfectly for me and my niece. Got a pocket full of diamonds. Although being 60 the stairs were quite a climb, especially coming from Florida where I haven’t used steps in years lol. Melanie was awesome and very accommodating. I would recommend staying there. It was cute and quaint."

"We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome."

"The place was very nice. It was quiet for being an apartment. The central air was a nice feature for a mid summer stay. We had some issues with the door lock upon arrival, but the host was very responsive and helpful in resolving the access issue. Off street parking was pretty close to the apartment and gave us a safe place to park the car overnight."

"Not clean, in one of the bed rooms it looked like a glitter dust bomb went off. No internet, the host said there was an outage, there's no outage, listening to that area, i did not see a router box, we're wifi box. Only 4 pillows.Only one of them had a pillowcase. The host seemed okay with this.Letting me know the pillows were new. There were only towels 43 people. There was no dish towel. One garbage bag that was the size of a small garbage bag for a big garbage can. beds not "comfortable"....
