"The location is very convenient—just a 15-minute walk from Boystown and 6 minutes from some great breakfast spots. One mattress should be replaced, as it is quite worn. Everything else was fine. I'm not a big fan of noisy window AC units, especially since I’m a light sleeper; even with earplugs, the noise was still bothersome. "This property was ideal for our stay in Chicago. Cannot say enough good things about the location- it was perfect. Easy access to Wrigley and the Redline. Only problem we had was loud tenants in adjoining unit into the wee hours of the morning. BUT despite that still highly highly recommend!"

"Our stay was great, the apartment was close to the bus line and the train. The beds were very comfortable and it was a good size for our family. It was nice to have the off street parking in the back although the rear entrance was a bit disheveled. The building was secure but not entirely sound proof, but that is expected in a basement appartment. I would stay here again on a trip to Chicago. "
