"Communication was fantastic from the time I reserved through the end of stay. The loft was nice and cool when we walked in as the outside atmosphere was sweltering. The loft was clean, simple and served us well during our stay. It is within walking distance of great spots to eat and visit. "Perfectly located near downtown restaurants, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would suggest the parking instructions be a bit more clear as we did not realize how far we would need to walk, so we parked in the 5 garage and it was much easier to get back and forth. You may want to let your guests know there are many of stairs and no elevator. Otherwise, now that we know how to access the building and parking, we know what to do. We will book again. "

"We stayed here for a race in downtown Springfield and it was super close. Also, this place was incredibly clean! I loved the old building vibes and the beds were very comfortable. It’s good to know that there isn’t any coffee or anything, so you’ll want to bring your own. Otherwise, perfect stay!"
