Hotéis baratos em Reno

"Everything was perfect!!! I’m shocked they don’t charge more. Steven at the front desk was our favorite person there! All the staff is great but Steven really went above and beyond! Breakfast, rooms, bar lounge and pool was fabulous!! The only problem I had was that there was no fan in the bathroom and the lights weren’t as bright in there too. Other than that, we will be back for sure!!!"

"Quarto com vista para a montanha, espaçoso, colchões bons "

"Nice property and thoughtful when it came to being above an event space/bar. The location is just great as its right across from the bus station and many homeless in the area. Otherwise, very cute boutique hotel."

"Clean, helpful staff at desk and at breakfast section; cleaning crew were respectful of notes on the door."

"Roaches"

"At least the staff were nice. The price was low but there is a $100 damage deposit. The place is so dirty and unmaintained that I don’t think they could have detected new damage. Both nights I was there a homeless man came a knocked on the sliding glass door and tried to peak in the curtains which by the way were full of holes. The next day I brought in my Clorox wipes and wiped everything down. I don’t know why I stayed 2 nights. This place is nothing as advertised. It needs to be...

"A propaganda não condiz com a realidade. Péssimo atendimento, sem internet. Lugar sujo. "

"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."

"Hotel muito bom, várias opções de restaurantes no complexo, cassino, várias opções de diversão."

"We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."
