"Dieser Ort hat fernab vom Rummel der Stadt einen ganz eigenen Zauber und lässt einen sofort entspannen. Die Besitzerin ist einfach zauberhaft und sehr bemüht, ihre Gäste in Komfort zu bringen. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche Person und ist ganz offensichtlich die gute Seele des Hauses, die mit viel liebe zum Detail die Zimmer, das Haus und den Garten liebevoll gestaltet. "

"Absolutely loved this quirky castle. The owners was so friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about the castles history and did a personal tour which I loved. His love for the property showed so much in this tour. Breakfast was delicious and left nothing to ask for. Would stay here again. No complaints. "

"If you are thinking about staying at The Hunting Tower to enjoy the area, view and to visit Chatsworth House with unlimited access then this is for you. We absolutely loved our stay, such a unique building and well taken care of, considering it's age, it was all extremely comfortable. It was easy to collect the key as instructed but on arriving at Chatsworth the lady in the kiosk was not aware of what we should do next or to be able to navigate us to the property which was a little odd, so...

"Wonderful, grand, welcoming place. We used this as the setting of a team meeting to build our relationships, objective complete! The setting really brought everyone together with space for everyone to be involved. A packed agenda during the day, relaxing together cooking regional dishes in the evening, then games in the cellar in the later evening. This place is so versatile in amazing surroundings, i would definitely recommend for a group booking."
