"Great place but unable to give 5 stars. Felt a bit misled by listing as it says bed and breafast which details a fresh made breakfast. No where does it state they do not offer it daily. Would have been nice to know in advance as it was our first bed and breakfast experience and it lacked the breakfast. Othe than that the place is amazing. Only complaint about room is the original hollow core doors which do nothing to block noise. All in all an absolutely beautiful place."

"Staff was very attentive. Breakfast cooked to order and snacks and iced tea and water throughout day were also great. Understanding that the house is very old and quite lovely it still needs somes TLC. We stayed downstairs and carpet needs replacing and rooms are musty. I was very stuffed up when in my room as I am very allergic to mold/dust so assume that either mold or dust was the cause?? Also our tub filled up with water when we used the shower which I reported and they looked into but...

"The location of this inn was EXCELLENT! It was within 10 minutes walking distance from the areas major attractions- City Market (around the corner), Carriage Tours (next door), King Street, and Rainbow Row. Plus, tons of local restaurants. (Cru Cafe-right across the street, yummy!)The area beach (Folly Beach)was also accessible by Uber (30 minutes). The inn has a lot of charm that you would expect in Charleston but requires a little TLC. The cleanliness was okay. The bathroom could have been...

"The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!"

"Na venda do hotel a foto que aparece é a foto do prédio principal do hotel, em frente ao mar, porém eles possuem uma "segunda categoria" e foi lá onde eu fiquei hospedado, um quarto parecendo um hotel de beira de estrada, sem nenhuma privacidade. In the sale of the hotel the photo that appears is the photo of the main hotel building, facing the sea, but they have a "second category" and that's where I stayed, a room looking like a roadside hotel, with no privacy."
