"Excellent , perfect add on to my Charleston french quarter trip. Beware the bad reviews are old, for a minute I was in doubt and after was very happy I made it. The hotel was renovated recently. Staff was extremely friendly starting from Holly at front desk and Lucas and Lucy at lodge and helping around. I was recovering from a broken foot and they made their best to acomodate my needs. Not sure what is the point of the $45 resort charge, there were not alot of extra ammenities to warent that. Location is the best feature. Pool and view are great"
