"I chose this hotel as it was stated as pet friendly, I picked out my room like every other hotel. The desk staff said that we had not indicated a dog, there is no spot to inform, then said we had to pay a $10.00 cleaning fee, than charged us after telling my husband there was no charge for the dog as he’s a service dog. All fees that we were told were not on our card was charged long after we left. Not very honest front desk staff, I’m really upset. I will pay what I owe but not happy to be lied...

"The hotel was clean & well maintained. The Staff was welcoming, friendly & helpful. The included breakfast was excellent. The location is convenient to many stores, restaurants & sight seeing, but not right on a highway so there's no highway traffic noise. Our only complaint is they pillows are very small--not a typical bed pillow size. All around, a great place to stay."

"Everything was terrible totally filthy no housekeeping had to get your own towels made us wait till 4 to get our room while several other people checked in had to take out your own garbage room smelled like cigarettes and was dirty told us they didn’t have any other room for us to exchange for what we paid everyone was rude very unprofessional I think they should refund my money this was the worst hotel I have ever booked in Myrtle Beach and they acted like we were nobody and didn’t care we also...

"Room was spacious, clean, and cozy. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower was also spacious and provided good water pressure. We only saw one other couple during our 2 night stay so it felt very private. The coffee shop next door and food truck were also very convenient and delicious. 2 suggestions: a full-length mirror and a floor fan. The room got a little stuffy at night. "

"Excellent , perfect add on to my Charleston french quarter trip. Beware the bad reviews are old, for a minute I was in doubt and after was very happy I made it. The hotel was renovated recently. Staff was extremely friendly starting from Holly at front desk and Lucas and Lucy at lodge and helping around. I was recovering from a broken foot and they made their best to acomodate my needs.
