"Check in was very easy. Parking, if you're lucky, you can get a spot on the property but there is a parking garage across the street not too far. It's secure and you need a pass key to get in. The main entrance was very clean and welcoming. Our condo was on the 8th floor. The key pass does not work on the door so you have to punch the code in all the time. "Clean, family friendly and well maintained. Very geared to families but everyone can be comfortable there. Not too much on property to do on a rainy day. They do rent dvds."

"Staff was very cordial. You have to secure a deposit and if you take out the trash, throw all the towels in the tub, and start the dishwasher. Very interesting since most individuals go on vacation to vacation!!!!! Would I go back probably not..."

"I had to wash comforter on master bed as the underside had vomit on it. I washed it so we would have a cover. Carpets could use a cleaning as well as the chairs in livingroom. They had food or something white around the top edges. It was peaceful and close to what we wanted. Outside chairs were a little dry rotted so be cautious, you may go thru one."

"So this is actually a vacation club that they try to get you to sit through a 45 minute sales. The room was good and it is a nice and quiet property. There is a couple things I did not like. First, check in starts at 4 pm and at 4:42 we received a call asking when we plan to check in, we were stuck in traffic. I thought this was crazy! Next, you have to turn down the sales pitch. They also give all adults in the party a thicker rubber band for the pool area, and if you do not turn these back in...
