"Excellent , perfect add on to my Charleston french quarter trip. Beware the bad reviews are old, for a minute I was in doubt and after was very happy I made it. The hotel was renovated recently. Staff was extremely friendly starting from Holly at front desk and Lucas and Lucy at lodge and helping around. I was recovering from a broken foot and they made their best to acomodate my needs. "Great hotel!!! Would stay over and over again. The rooms are modern, spacious and uniquely laid out. The staff was always friendly and quick to say hello. The bar is a nice touch and staff was very nice there as well. The drinks were stiff too. The pool area is clean and well kept. The beds are comfy and the pillows aren’t flat. I never tried the breakfast. Highly suggest. "
