Wondered if it would be helpful to have an awning of some kind to block rain from the furniture outside. Well after the rain, it was still a bit wet to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Peaceful, but units are close and it did not appear to be fully booked. As units are added, it will become a busy village with less open water view. Truly enjoyed our visit."

"I thought the houseboat was terrific. Very well appointed, clean and well-designed. The admin staff was very responsive and helpful. I am disappointed though that they charged me 50 for an early check that was only two hours prior to the regular check in time. This is the “off-season” and there was no need for them to schedule any quick turn around with their cleaning service to accommodate my request. A bit of a money grab if you ask me.
