"Condo was clean and comfortable would stay again "

"I always worry about booking a place that isn't run by a Superhost, or a hotel. You never know what you walking into, and whether there is anyone who can help. We arrived at 6:30pm. Lots of day light left, so no issues finding the place, or getting in. The WiFi was down, and we needed a blanket. Called the support phone number at 7pm. The answering service took a message. At 9am the next day (after we'd left, and been on the road for an hour) we got a text asking if we still needed help....

"Location is very close to a cute town. Cabin was clean. However, property should really let guests know that pillows, blankets, sheets & towels are not given to you. We had to buy towels from Walmart to shower. Bathroom door really didn't close, sliding door required both hands to get mostly closed. Bathroom only contained a toliet & stand up shower, not enough room to use as a changing room. Definitely does not sleep 4 as noted for capacity. Picture of room is not even close to the size...

"Overall enjoyable. They seem pretty understaffed for the size of the place. The staff I interacted with was cordial. If you stay more than a couple of days you will have to go to the laundry exchange to get linen. A text is sent to your phone asking if you have any issues or concerns. I had an issue of the smell of marijuana coming through the bathroom vents 3 or 4 nights. I reached out about it but did not get a response. A lot of stains on sitting furniture. "The building is older and the couches can use some cleaning. Other than that, everything else is fine. Clean beds and towels. I would recommend booking the bay view or ocean front view if available. Overall, Its a decent place for it's price point."

"We could see the ocean, but all beach access was restricted from the recent storm that happened a week ago. No one communicated with us regarding the pools and beach access being closed, despite knowing this for the week. Hotels.com gave us the wrong unit number; the property management company wasn’t open to help us when we arrived; the property management company blamed the HOA for not telling them about the storm damage and restricted amenities; and no one wants to take responsibility for...

"The property was easy to find but the room took a minute. We had to drive around and figure out where the pool was and what it was called. A map would make it easier to find. The condo was gorgeous and very spacious. The second bedroom air wasn’t working and it was VERY hot in that room. I called on our second day to get it fixed and no one ever called me back or came to try and fix it. My son ended up sleeping terribly because of the heat. "Our rental was comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The staff was very friendly. The property had much to offer as far as activities and things to do. The broken heater to the indoor pool limited our swimming, since the cold outside air was blowing through via the vent fans in the ceiling. Our refrigerator didn't cool our food and drinks very much, nor the freezer produced ice for us."
