"The staff was nice with the exception of one blond headed lady who was having a bad day. We all have them from time to time. The unit was clean and worth the stay. Not a lot of loud noises. My only complaint is the breakfast. It was the same everyday and I stayed for three nights. They do not have a waffle iron or foods like grits, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, toast or decent pastries. They had blue berry cupcakes and a creme bre'lle danishes as the only two choices. There is no swimming pool....

"The bed was very comfortable and there were different pillow choices which was appreciated due to some neck issues I have. The staff was polite and the complimentary breakfast was way better than expected with fresh ground coffee that was great!"

"We had an especially helpful staff member named Augustine. The room was basic, but clean. The bed was a little hard, but I bring my own mattress topper anyway when I go to hotels. I would recommend this place. It was close to everything we wanted to see in Wilmington."

"Breakfast was very good and there were a lot of guests on Saturday morning but there was plenty of food for everyone Staff did a great job filling up all the stations Location was perfect for our stay visiting the marine base and family in surf city"

"Biggest problem was the housekeeping. We had full trash cans the whole visit, it never got taken out. When we first arrived we were warned they were out of towels, but that they would bring us some when their linens got in. Well we didn’t get towels until the next night. We had to use our beach towels after showering which was less than ideal. Admittedly, it’s hard to keep a hotel right next to the beach clean, but we had wet towels on the floor of our room from day one that were never collected...

"The room they gave us was awful. Smelled very musty. Asked for a different room and that room was fine. Water pressure in the shower was low. The continental breakfast was not great. Only cereal or oatmeal, bagel, toast, muffins, coffee and juice. For the money you pay for a room I feel the breakfast should be a lot better."

"The room itself was clean. The room had a beautiful view, however, the window was filthy so you really couldn't see out it. The room also had a horrible musty smell. We ended up having to buy a can of Lysol and spray the air conditioning unit every time we went in the room. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice."
