We did not get room service because the maids cannot read English I hung a door hanger out for what I thought was room service. Turns out you have two door hangers one was for towels and room service the other was and. I feel very let down and discouraged by the way I was treated. "I had a really great time, staff was so friendly I had a really great time with Claudia, she was very nice during the breakfast, the front desk very helpful as well, the cleansing of the room was amazing, everything organized and in a good condition! "

"Checking in was super easy, the front desk person (male working evening on 7/3) was outstanding! I like the simple touches like the chips, soda, cookies. I only took a cookie but I think it’s great to offer that. Enjoyed the pool for a quick swim. Very relaxing. Breakfast was good and your staff there are pleasant, offered any help needed and the selection was perfect. The rooms were clean and a good size. My only negative is the water pressure. Overall the stay was great. Thank you."

"Beds were a little uncomfortable but most hotel beds are not like your own bed. Right on the beach. Good location for restaurants and things to do besides beach. Breakfast was nice. Would definitely use again. Also had info available to rent chairs and umbrella which was nice because you didn’t have to lug all that stuff out to set up yourself. It’s already done for you."
