"We loved it here but only thing is building inside is old they need to renovate that elevator system is super busy and they need to fix their elevators too. We love it and and my kids love the part of the pool and the beach part. They have a very beautiful view at the nighttime."

"Parents allowing the kids to use the lazy river as a pool so the relaxing floating around couldn't happen.some of these parents have absolutely no control of their kids. Parking was a night mare"

"Just perfect!!!!! Had a hiccup but was fixed quickly. Would highly recommend!"

"Stay was meh. Bathroom sink was completely clogged and unusable. Had to use the kitchen sink for everything. There was hair (yes that hair) in the bathroom, the towel bar and toilet paper holder fell off the wall every time you touched it. Potato chips and used q tips on the floor. No way to wash the dishes and dish soap was green water. Had to brush teeth over a sink of dirty dishes every day. Bedroom door was broken so if you let it close all the way it was difficult to get back open. ...
