"Son and I just needed a place to stay. Our 4 day trip to the BHofF and back. This was day 2. We were winging the second half. And we had a blast. Anyway, place is awesome. Old style, all wood, big beautiful lake house overlooking the lake. And we arrived at sunset. It was beautiful. Upstairs has been turned into great bnb style rooms. As expected a little cramped for two of us, bathroom was small for us but again i expected it. We loved the place, no worries. Only issue was...

"Great room! Super cozy space. Really liked my pillows. Newly remodeled bathroom with soaking tub, awesome shower. Grounds are pretty. Staff is very welcoming. They have a thoughtful enhancement package: flowers, wine, cheese board available. Great tea selection. Classic Victorian decor in the common areas. I was only here for one night, but it was relaxing and very enjoyable. "

"Recently stayed at this property with my family for my son‘s 12U Cooperstown All-Star village tournament. Great location and owner communication throughout the day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay out that way. Being only minutes from the park and close to the little downtown was wonderful for our family With plenty to do around the area."

"This was the perfect place for our family during our visit to Cooperstown Dreams Park! It was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Dave was very responsive and addressed matters very quickly. The location was 5 minutes to Dreams Park, which was very convenient with being able to run back to rest a little between games.
