"The house was perfect. We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that had stuff for everyone. Between the pool, fire pit, lake, and beautiful views we had it all! We will be back in 2 years for the same tournament and sincerely hope to stay at the same place. Additionally, the owners are incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. "We stayed here ten years ago for a family gathering. This time our group of fourteen, my spouse and I, four children and their significant others and four grandchildren easily fit in this very comfortable house. In the ten year interim Gregg made many improvements to make this a great place to gather a large family group."

"Perfect house for parents of the Cooperstown baseball teams. It’s only 10 minutes away from the fields, but it feels like you are a million miles away. Very quiet and serene setting. The house is in beautiful shape with plenty of room. Highly recommended!"

"This was our second year staying at this property and we're already planning next year's. It's the perfect getaway, ideal for unplugging and recharging. I cannot emphasize enough how lovely it is to sit near the wood stove in the living room, chat, laugh, reconnect and unwind. Very clean, well equipped, and host is very responsive.
