"The rental couldn't have been better. In town to experience Nashville for the first time, we were able to park and walk to Broadway, Germantown and many other Downtown attractions. The Condo was clean and had helpful operational notes and locational suggestions throughout. Didn't have enough time to test out the pool, but as we were leaving, we checked it out and it looked nice. Would recommend these accommodations to any couple or small group."

"Stayed here for Pilgrimage Festival so that we could be closer to Nashville when we weren’t at the festival and location was great. Easy access for the short ride to Franklin being on the south part of Nashville and a short ride or walk to things to do in Nashville. Property is exactly as it looks, a very nice and efficient layout. Pool is a nice option as well. If you don’t like to be in a fish bowl with people who are going to the speakeasy looking in at you while they are walking by then this place probably isn’t for you, no curtains to get privacy on the garage door or rental entrance all glass. Listing is correct the train is very close something to consider. "

"My husband and I just completed a 5-night stay at this Music Row apartment. Its location was great - walking distance to many things and an inexpensive rideshare to most anywhere else. We also really appreciated the free and easy parking. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped though to be fair, we really only ate breakfast there. It was a great base for our stay in Nashville. "
