If you are celebrating a special occasion please let us know! We will be happy to provide our concierge services to make your trip even extra special and super easy! We can provide grocery shopping and pantry stocking for you before you and your guests arrive, bottles of wine, champagne, liquor, flowers, balloons, cards, party decor etc.- you name it, we can provide it for you!

Our second-story (top floor) studio has everything you will need for a fun and convenient vacation or staycation!

A hand-made wood glowing wall, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything you could need to feel right at home...and we want you to feel this way, its important to us!

Extremely comfortable queen size bed and a couch that folds out to a full size bed. Plush mattress toppers and blankets could keep you in bed all day.

Clean and comfortable bathroom!

Pool access during the warm months!

There is plenty of free parking at the condo and a very nice pool area. Private entry to the unit with keypad.

We have lived here for over 25 years and know pretty much everything about this town. We are super available and are excited to be the best hosts ever. We are flexible and friendly and can be as available as you want us to be.

The studio is walking distance to 12South and Melrose. It`s just minutes to Hillsboro Village, the Gulch, and Downtown. Find great food one minute from the door. And there`s a liquor store right next door.

Nashville is very easy to get around...though mass transit isn`t exactly our `thing`, yet! Lyft and Uber is everywhere and you can easily rent bikes at one of the many bike rental stations scattered around town. we are close to everything!

Check in at 3:00pm and check out is 11:00am

We are a non-smoking vacation rental and do not allow pets.
