Parking: Park your vehicles safely inside our gated entry parking garages. Keypad at the entrance to each parking garage. Upper level parking garage is available to guests for free on a first come first serve basis. The lower level parking garage is available to guests at a 50% reduced rate. *Latch access is used for the parking garages, just as it is to access the complex and condo

The Space:
The condo includes a spacious living area, including a 65" Smart TV for all your streaming Apps, with ample space for everyone to enjoy comfortably and a queen pull out sofa to accommodate 2 additional guests. From the living area, walk into the fully equipped kitchen and dining set with complimentary coffee and tea. The master bedroom features a king bed, with a comfortable mattress, plush pillows and linens, and sound machine for restful sleep. There is an en-suite walk-in closet with a luggage rack, full-length mirror and clothing steamer. The bathroom is just steps from the master and has a single vanity with extra counter space and a bathtub/shower combo with a built-in bench for seating. From the living room and from the master bedroom there is a sliding door each with direct access to a private outdoor patio.

Outside, the fun continues with a private patio, directly accessible from the living room and master bedroom. The patio furniture has a small outdoor couch, coffee table and chairs with seating for 8 people, perfect for creating fun memories with others.

Access to the building is entirely keyless through the LATCH mobile app. You will need to install the app on your phone to access the building and our unit. You will receive this access and instructions via email prior to your arrival.

Please note, the location of this condo is in downtown Nashville, which is great for walking to desirable attractions. As such with many urban locations, there may be unhoused individuals in the surrounding streets. The condo complex has electronic door access at each entrance to ensure guests' comfort and safety. Additionally, the condo sits near train tracks. We have provided a white noise machine and ear plugs for your convenience. Pool closed as of November 1, 2024 and anticipated to reopen in April 2025.
