"The hotel was easy to find and located at the Living Treasures Animal Park. You check in at the gift shop. The room is like a cabin and very beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. When we got there our room was very warm, so we lowered the air conditioning. It didn't cool things off, so we went to the office and they sent a lady to help. She said to give it about 20 more minutes. Things still didn't cool off, so they changed our room. That room didn't cool off either. Guests beside...

Rooms had heavily worn furniture and a piece of wall art that was falling out of its frame and only holding on by one corner, but the bedding was clean and mattress was comfortable.
