I didn't stay here and because of my dogs. They said they would refund my money but that hasn't happened yet. Not even an email. Expedia is acting like nothing happened and they are impossible to deal with on matters like this. I don't fault the manager of the motel he was polite and had limited access to what he could do. Expedia owes me the money back for this night. I'm not happy and not using Expedia again.
