"Love that they gave us a drink coupon at the bar/restaurant. Close to the University, which was the reason for our stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Breakfast is pretty weak but passable. We have stayed once before and would definitely go back. Some traffic noise so need to ask for a room on the backside next time. "

"Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Budget friendly compared to other hotels in the area. We preferred the personal touches as opposed to a hotel chain. Very nice owners. Nice breakfast. Loved being close to 80 and getting right back on the highway to get to our destination easily. We will be making this location or choice midway point when we travel across the state to visit family again in the future."

"By our arrival the motel was empty, cold, no hot water. After an out they were able to heat water but the three rooms were tried stayed cold. They didn’t want to return our money until we called police. Then the manager arrived and said she returned the money to Expedia virtual card. I don’t see the money on my card yet "

"Very friendly staff in a great location. Everything is walkable. The room was boring (for an Arts Hotel), we were supposed to have a King bed but got a Queen. Mattress and pillows lumpy. Next time I might try a different hotel. "

"if you enjoy hearing the highway all night this is the hotel for you… the hotel was not busy but the girl put our room on the highway side so all we heard were trucks all night staff in the evening was not friendly and we were basically a bother to her with our questions there was coffee dried on the door to enter our room the mini fridge broke so not only did our food go bad but i joyfully woke up and stepped in a pile of water in the morning the pool says heated it’s not heated in the...
