"Perfect spot for my needs. I am a retired traveler, and this place had everything I needed. The photos are accurate, the apartment was very clean, and everything worked properly. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance (the Thai restaurant in the building was a huge bonus). It is in walking distance of the Capitol Building, the sculpture garden, and Gray's Lake. It is on a major surface road, but there was zero noise in the apartment....

"Cute little accommodations on the first floor of an old home. Nice deck out back, well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication with the hosts. The bed was quite low to the ground and could use a new mattress...other than that it was a very comfortable stay!"
