"My partner and I went to an intimate concert from MSP to Des Moines. It was a much needed getaway and Downtown Des Moines was an unforgettable surprise! With on street parking that is free all day Sunday, we did not ever have to search for parking. We were able to park on the street and right outside of the property for the duration of our stay! "If you need to be on campus, this is the perfect spot! Squeaky clean, it has everything you need. The only small issue is the on-street parking which was tricky during the relays but I’m sure is better other times during the year. It was quiet and the other tenants were considerate.. loved it! "
