"Grandparents and Aunt flew in from East Coast to meet Grandchildren age 6 and 8 (and their parents.) H2O Sanctuary was our ideal place. Plenty of room inside. Inground pool and separate hot tub outside. Sitting on a lagoon. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool with their lifeguard Aunt with them. Lots to do locally. "Kids were in a volleyball tourney nearby. No hotels in the area so we decided to look into a house. It was more affordable and more comfortable. Thank you"

"This was a very quick 1 night stay for myself, wife, and our adult daughter as we were just in town to see my sick dad. Having said that I do want to pass along how easy it was to check in, how friendly and welcoming the front desk staff were. Then the place itself was great - nice large villa, lots of great pools and amenities. We didn't get any chance to take advantage because of the very short stay but would recommend them!"

"This property was wonderful! So beautiful and modern. The pool is better than the photos. We asked them to clean it at one point since it got a bit cloudy from a lot of people being in it and they did right away."

"The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the...

"Everything about the property was great. Just as described. Gus was an amazing host, very attentive, quick to bring over more propane when we discovered one of the fire pits was out. The neighbor was no problem — we were respectful, parked in the driveway, and inside by 10 PM quiet hours. This was the perfect location and perfect house and amazing backyard to celebrate my son‘s college graduation."
