"the team is doing a great job supporting guests under recently changed ownership! I stayed with one other person for a four-night work trip and it was a great alternative to a hotel - bed and sofa were comfortable, toiletries were nice and everything was well provisioned to make your stay comfortable (the kitchen has basic implements and there's in-unit washer dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.) I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if I were in Phoenix for a work trip. "

"What a wonderful stay for a group! You won’t find a better apartment/multi-bedroom suite for this price. The property is super modern and clean and the amenities are top-notch. The pool is so so nice and really well maintained. We stayed in February and it was heated to the perfect temp :) Can’t recommend enough! "

"Loved this little hidden gem.......the room was very clean and well laid out, we had plenty of room in the mini fridge to store the items we bought at the nearby store. The Keurig was an absolute must and we used it every morning!! Vince was an excellent host and you could tell he realy cares about his guests.........great stay, thanks!"

"Excellent location. Walkable to several restaurants and shopping. Easy access and easy parking. Nice layout and prompt reply to questions we had about the unit. We used the gym and it was a nice bonus. Having a washer and dryer came in handy after hiking camelback mountain and the utv excursion. Clean place with all the thinfs we needed/wanted. "
