No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river."

It’s a small issue but the interior doors are glass and let in light at night from the exterior lights of the house and the street. May be an issue if you want a totally dark room at night. I"

The location was the best part being so close to Old Town while also being in close proximity to some of the best courses Phoenix has to offer. The house is in a neighborhood, but the backyard made us feel like we were in our own little oasis. "Amazing property with great potential. We were really excited about the bed, the fireplace, the jet tub, and the shower from the listing pics. Unfortunately, The fireplace needs some maintenance. There was a little black box that was supposed to cover all the wires, but it was not assembled, leaving me a bit worried it wouldn't catch on fire. Seems it leaks propane when not on as we could smell propane in the room. It appears there was issue with the fireplace at some point as there was black...
