"Staff went above and beyond their duties. Landed in Phoenix around 9am, we knew check in wasn’t until 3pm I called the property explained our situation staff sent uber to pick us up and they kept breakfast going beyond regular hours for us then after eating set us up at the pool until our room was ready for us. Friendly, clean and the price was unbeatable….. thank you staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star service "

"We had an excellent stay at Hyatt Place. The room was large and had a good layout with beds separated from the sofa and desk area. The fridge was quiet! Location was very convenient to a mall close by with many dining and shopping options, plus a cinema. The pool was large and got alot of use. Breakfast had several hot and cold options, plenty of seating space. Only improvement noted is that the carpet was in need of cleaning. Would stay here again. Desk dtaff was friendly and helpful,...

"Ficamos uma noite no hotel. Achei o hotel razoavel, apartamento bom, chuveiro bom, cafe da,manha ruim, foram flexíveis na hora do check-out e guardaram nossas malas por algumas horas mais. "

"Staff was very helpful, hotel had nice amenities, and was clean. The only problem we had was the pillows. Shouldn’t a king size bed have the same sized pillows? Pillows were small, flimsy, and had no support. One pillow wasn’t enough and two gave us a neck ache. "
