"Nice and clean house patio chairs were broken blinds were broken beds were not comfortable make noises, right beside highway too much traffic noise, saw a lizard and cockraches in the kitchen. Lot of parking"

"I loved how smooth the check in process was. We were able to extend our stay by one day by email. Shine Villas was easy to work with and our property was beautiful and clean."

"This is the second time we have stayed here (first time in July 2022, second July of 2024) in the same unit. We love how clean and organized the entire complex is, the unit we have stayed in is just the right size for an adult couple looking to get away for a few nights. The close proximity to the beach is awesome and the fact that the property owners have beach gear readily available to use is amazing. "

"We didn't stay for long, but this little apartment had just what we needed for the time we were there. Proximity to the beach was perfect, even though we didn't have time for a day at the beach. We did utilize it to watch the rocket launch - a first for our little family :) Would absolutely stay again."

"The property was as advertised. A couple of extras that we noticed was the presence of an additional mini-fridge in the kitchen. That was huge as we like to purchase fruit and drinks to keep in the room for snacks. The couch was located against the wall by the kitchen which I are it easier to pull out the sofa bed.The room itself was very clean. The unit is located on the 2nd floor. If you are planning to enjoy the two onsite pools, the small pool is minimum 4ft deep and bigger pool is 3 feet on...

"The townhouse is clean, the kitchen is great, the living room is relaxing, the beds are comfortable, the location is perfect, the neighborhood is quiet, and the host is exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here."

"Complexo do hotel é gigante, sem exageros, a vila de duas suítes é muito espaçosa (camas confortáveis, bons chuveiros, três TV´s novas, Geladeira Grande, Cozinha Equipada, Máquinas Lavar Roupa na vila e embora o hotel demonstre certa idade visualmente, tudo na nossa experiência, é muito bem mantido (vilas, mobiliários e áreas externas) e por isso, no dia a dia, tudo que importa de fato, funciona muito bem. O staff é muito bom, rápido no check-in e no check-out (tentam agendar uma venda pra time-share na entrada, mas negamos interesse e não insistiram ou mudaram tratamento, zero stress). Limpeza das vilas é a cada dois dias e funciona bem. Segurança é muito boa também e presente. As piscinas e restaurantes no lado em que ficamos, são todos muito bons e bem mantidos, tudo funciona, desde o mobiliário até toalhas de cortesia nas piscinas. Pra quem chega tarde recomendo as pizzas e massas do Azzula q fecha as 22hs. Único senão q me recordo é o fato de cobrarem estacionamento de USD 27 dia (já com txs), para além do preço padrão da estadia (via sites). Cheguei achando q já tinha pré pago tudo via site de reservas, mas essa cobrança nova de estacionamento para além da diária, está virando padrão nesse tipo de hotel/complexo em Orlando. Independente disso, na próxima ida da família a Orlando, certamente ficaremos lá novamente."

"Muito bom, fácil acesso a pé para a universal studios. Muito bem Localizado. Hotel grande, muitos quartos, típico Americano. Poderia ser melhorado o atendimento do Starbucks que tem no lobby do hotel e poderiam oferecer mais opções gluten-free nos restaurantes. "
