"The room was newly remodeled"

"Remarkable stay! My son and I were staying for one night for a basketball tournament. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, letting us check in 2 hours earlier, and checkout and hour later. Everything is new, pretty, and useful. The best thing about the rooms is the mini kitchen. Overall an amazing stay, comfortable beds, great breakfast included, and. Supermarket right across the street to buy fresh produce."

"We had a great time at this hotel! We stayed for 3 days and enjoyed every bit of it! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the pillows were perfect, the pool and hot tub were so relaxing, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, even the food at the bistro was good! And we enjoyed the fire pit outside! All in all, I have no complaints about staying here! And it's close to so many fun things!!"

"The B&B was located in Lancaster and not Lititz like we thought but that was ok because we had already seen everything in Lititz. The owners were very nice. We enjoyed sitting and talking with them when we got there. Everything was so nice and the food was very good!"

"There was a beeping noise every three minutes, like a microwave beeping. I traced the noise to the kitchen which was next to my room. I notified staff and they did not care to even go into the kitchen and check what the noise was. I told the manager in the morning and he just shrugged his shoulders and dismissed me. The breakfast was pretty lame. We left to Wawa for a better breakfast. Other than that, the place was clean. They are remodeling the first floor."

"The room was clean, bedspread was dirty. No cups in the bathroom. No coffee in the room.. TV was out of service, clock radio didn’t work. Charged my credit card; even though I told them that I was paying cash for the room.. Made me pay 100.00 deposit before they gave me the keycard, said that it would be returned after inspection of the room at checkout!!!"

"There are so many hotels in this area, but I keep going back to this one. Never had any complaints. The staff is always very friendly. The women who work in the breakfast area are always super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is always enjoyable. Hotel is always very clean. I will continue staying at this hotel when I visit Lancaster"
