"Perfect stay from start to finish! Fast, easy, professional check-in. Free water supplied with in room fridge. Room was immaculate, beds extremely comfortable, great climate control, amazing architecture with exposed brick and beams, high ceilings. Copious hot water in the bathroom. Free coffee in the morning was quite good. Rooms mostly quiet but avoid nearest the elevator if chatter disturbs you. The restaurant in the hotel is highly recommended for dinner! "Everything was great. However I would recommend having the housekeeping crew make sure clocks are correct and alarms are turned off then they do turnover. All of our clocks were wrong and the alarm went off at 4am. Yikes! "

We felt comfortable and safe allowing our daughter to hang out in the dining room (where the waterfall was) and talk with her friends. "Absolutely beautiful inn with gorgeous holiday decor. We loved the gourmet breakfast, comfortable room with heated bathroom floor, and the extras such as free cookies, chips, sodas and a latte maker in the kitchen area. The innkeepers were friendly, warm, and welcoming!"
