"This host was absolutely fantastic and the cottage was perfect. We arrived late and let them know that, and they left the outside lights on for us. The place is brand spanking new and the host is so kind to provide little extras. We didn’t stop for supper on the way and was able to have some snacks and drinks so we did not have to go to bed hungry. Had also forgotten a couple toiletries and there was something there for us to use. There is even some first aid supplies that I was grateful for...

"Check in was easy. Max met us and showed us where everything was at. Max and Anne even met us at departure to wish us safe travels. I’ve stayed at many places and this place offers the most amount of amenities, from cleaning supplies to coffee to odd and end things like sunburn care. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. It is located on the back side of their home, but my privacy was maintained. The landscape around the pool and home offer plenty of privacy. Replies to my messages were quick. ...

"The listing indicated the rental was a house. However it is almost a studio apartment attached to a house.The space itself was clean and convenient for my overnight stay. Future renters should be aware there are dogs on the property that are quite vocal and the refrigerator is dorm sized but cold."

"This property is all that it advertises. We could not be more happy with our choice to stay. The house and property are quiet and relaxing. We loved hanging out on the dock during the day and evening. We enjoyed kayaking and exploring north and south of this river front cabin. "

"Our stay at this precious cottage was exactly what we needed after traveling and festivities at college graduation. The decor was obviously carefully curated by the owners with impeccable antiques as well as one of a kind crafted pieces. We were all extremely comfortable in the large beds with fresh clean linens, the adorable bathroom and full kitchen. "Hotel Adorável Quarto grande, limpo, bem agradável e tinha duas camas bem confortáveis. Nosso quarto ficava de frente então tinha uma bela vista da cidade. Fomos muito bem atendidos na recepção e ganhamos um vale para bebida de álcool e pequeno jantar. O café também foi bem satisfatório. Ah, tem de tudo bem pertinho, muitas opções de comércio e comida. Recomendo!"

The lady who organizes the breakfast (Ms. Emmy) is fantastic, hard-working, always smiling and attentive to everyone and at check-in, Ms. Madison, I must highlight the fast, efficient and attentive service to everyone who arrived and it really is a choice for the return to Gainsville,-FL. "The building is beautiful but overall the hotel needs urgently a huge renovation . Room very dated, carpets looking dirty and not smelling good. Breakfast average. Bed sheets and bath towels not good quality. For the price you can find a better hotel in the area. Not coming back again. "

"Passamos somente uma noite e foi bem desagradavel pois o quarto que nos instalaram não funcionava o ar condicionado e nem as lampadas. Nos trocaram de quarto e durante a noite havia um som irritante dentro do quarto, parecia um apito, não conseguimos dormir. Desconfiamos que fosse o sensor de fumaça que fazia esse barulho. Café da manhã fraco. Lamentavel minha experiencia nesse hotel."
