"Great stay, quiet, river being right out the back door is amazing. We stayed there the 3rd week of June daytime temps were mid to high 70's, so still pretty mild but air conditioning would be nice on hotter days. But evening temps were perfect to have the windows open with the cool mountain air. Not much room for parking. I'll be staying there again! 👍👍"

"This was a quiet, clean place to stay that was just a short walk or drive to the main street in Red River. The owners personalized each room with a welcome note upon arrival, were friendly, and responded quickly to questions. My sister and I were on the second floor, and enjoyed watching the hummingbirds that came to the feeder just off the balcony! I can definitely recommend!"

"The condo sits right on the river. So nice to go out and drink your morning coffee by it. Condo was clean and well laid out. We would stay here again."

" Perfect spot for our quick trip to the area. Pet friendly is always a must, for us. The property has an outside area with chairs and a fire pit, to relax after a day of activity. It is located on the edge of town so we didn't have any associated noise from being right in the middle of things. The on site employee was very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again."
