"We visited this property every year when I was growing up. I then returned for my honeymoon in 1992. Here we are 2024 and they are still there. Kudos that they have endured this long but it would’ve been nice having some updates. The floors squeak, everything is dated and the bed where my son slept was wonky. It was clean and communication was great though. "

"Great location, easy to walk everywhere. We loved the outdoor space and the separate bonus room. Wished the gate was fixed so we had more privacy. The property was clean and very cozy. There were 5 adults, so we would have liked a little more room. The guest rooms are very small and one does not have a closet. Other than that, I highly recommend this place. We had a great time!"

"Coming from a Central Texas resort town, we found Red River to be delightful. The cabin and the host were perfect. Sitting in a beautiful Pine Valley, the view was spectacular and access to the river was perfect. The description of the cabin is extremely accurate."

"Wonderful location and short walking distance to the platinum chair lift and Main Street. The deer ate nuts and berries from our hands from both porches each morning and evening. Cabin had everything we needed with beautiful views. This was our second time to stay here in the Rio Rojo cabin while skiing and we will certainly be back!"

"Everything about this property was wonderful, the only problem if I was to say, there was a problem would be that when we got there the hot tub was very cloudy and by the second day, it was not looking very good so we didn't get a lot of use out of it."

"We had 12 family members with us. Actually we leased both units side by side. The porch between us, gave us a sense of peace while the kids ran back and forth... Had a small issue with a heater, but my contact was on it quickly. Would love to stay again soon!"
