This fully renovated Mid Century Modern Oasis Pool home is located in the heart of Rancho Mirage and will lead to your friends and families perfect desert vacation!. Located just minutes from Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Indian Wells, and centrally located in the highly desirable Tamarisk area.
House has approximately 6,200 sq. ft., four large bedrooms, five bathrooms, an extraordinary large great room with a central bar perfect for entertaining friends & family. Three car garage including a large u shape driveway.
Professionally landscaped throughout large 1/2 acre property. Large pool and spa with glowing lights at night. Wonderful golf views, with great privacy and security for your little ones & pets as the yard, is completely fenced. 4 hole putting green in the front courtyard for our Golf lovers.
Indoor and outdoor Bar with dual window to entertain all of your guests indoors & while enjoying the outdoor pool and spa. Quartz floors throughout the main areas of the house and a beautiful and unique marble countertop throughout the kitchen. You will find everything you need in the kitchen for a quick meal or for a holiday dinner with a large family.
State of the art Sonos stereo in the living room, master bedrooms, and kitchen. BBQ connected to the house gas line, outdoor loungers, daybed, sofas, dining al fresco among many other outdoor features that will make all guests wanting to come back to this great resort home!

Poorly Maintained

This is a valuable piece of property. It was poorly maintained. The home was very tired and in need of many repairs. The owner failed to pay the water bill and the water was shut off. The property manager refused to make many of the repairs. This is perfect for a bunch of college kids to throw a rager and trash the home. This is not a high end experience. Much of the furniture was not accurately represented in the pictures . The furniture was filthy. The linnens were torn. The property manager was rude. Pass on this rental.

Heaven in Rancho Mirage

What an incredible property. The house is the size of a small hotel. The backyard is a tropical oasis that backs up to a fairway. The pool and spa are resort style. The neighborhood is private and well maintained. And then there's Hector. Quite possibly the most responsive and friendly host you'll ever find not only in the Palm Springs area but anywhere. He literally responded within seconds to every question we had and made us feel like royalty. Can't wait to get back to this place!

Made Our Vacation Perfect

We didn't want to leave. The stuff vacation dreams are made of. Our first family trip to Palm Springs, and we would definitely return and stay here again. We just loved the spacious, gorgeous home, in a quiet, lovely area.

Lifestyle of the Rich and Famous

My family chose this house for a warm-weather reunion and everyone was delighted. The house is dramatic and luxe; the website pictures do not exaggerate the style and grandeur. We hosted a small cocktail party to show off our find to Palm Springs friends and people were amazed. The pool was warm and big enough for laps. Our only dilemma was whether to go out and see the sights or stay home and enjoy the fab surroundings.

This is a stunning home, in a fabulous area, celebrity status! There are quite a few things due for maintenance and repair, etc.. other than that the pool area is amazing and a super fabulous house!

Everything about it was perfect.

We couldn't have been more pleased! Everything about our experience at this location was perfect. Hector was fantastic to work with. The house was amazing, so tastefully done and well equipped. The stereo system was perfect for playing Frank Sinatra tunes. The neighborhood was beautiful and so many great places to go for a walk. And the swimming pool area was over the top. Absolutely perfect vacation!

Spectacular accommodations & perfect weekend

5 star rating for this property is an understatement. Every year we have a group of 4 couples that rent a home in Palm Springs for Memorial Day weekend to enjoy some sun and relaxation. I came across this property on VRBO and it looked as though it would be a perfect fit for our needs; which include pool, hot tub, 4 bedroom suites, individual bathrooms, outdoor dining, comfortable living area, washer/dryer, A/C, well equipped kitchen, music and garage. Prior to booking, I called the property manager (Hector) to discuss the property and our needs. Not only was he very quick to respond, he was a pleasure to talk to and a wealth of information. More importantly he was over accommodating to some special requests we had. I immediately gave him the green light to reserve the property. Upon arrival we were completely floored at how incredible this house was. Not to mention it is absolutely HUGE. You could get a work out just walking from walking from the kitchen to the bar area. Needless to say we were all thrilled at the property we were going to call home for the next 4 days. A couple of times, we had some questions and texted Hector for assistance. He would respond immediately. One time, he was in the area and even stopped by to answer our question and to ensure we were all happy with the accommodations. We would have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend this property to anybody looking to rent a home in the Palm Springs area. Centrally located to everything and simply put a very special property. Thank you Hector and look forward to our return stay.

Amazing Palm Springs house!

Our stay here was fantastic! The whole feel of this place makes you relaxed. Awesome place to entertain with friend and family. The mid century modern furniture and the layout make it seem as if Frank and the rat pack could show up at any minute. Can’t wait to come back!

Incredibly Amazing ~ Swanky, Mid Century Chic!

Absolutely JAW DROPPING Home with all the bells & whistles ~ Exuding Style, Convenience, Square footage & features, fit for Royalty!! We have stayed here on several occasions over the years.. this home has Exceeded our Expectations EVERY TIME! We've had both adult and family trips here. Every bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, which is extremely convenient. 2 guest bedrooms have en-suite baths and the 3rd guest room has a Large bath just outside the door, in it's own separate wing of the home. Master bedroom is seriously "knock your socks off" Incredible, it feels like your own private oasis. Sprawling entertainment spaces, Beautiful Decor & XL Sunny kitchen will make you wish you lived here full time! (side note: kitchen is well-equipped with tons of gadgets, dishes, platters, etc if you like to cook like me! ...I've also ordered Uber Eats w/ no problems) Outside is equally as fabulous... Sun or Shade? One piece or 2? Pool or hot tub?....those are the only questions on the Pool Deck aside from "where's my preferred beverage !" Patio area off each bedroom, lush landscaping, citrus trees for fresh juice! Open air entry has a putting green to sharpen up your game before hitting the course..this provides hours of fun for golfers & children alike. It's nice that the open air entry is a secure area, if children are putting - you know they're in a safe, private area .. .We've enjoyed numerous days and nights grilling, lounging and cocktailing here .. this place is a MUST STAY!!! Hands Down, I am Infatuated with this house and booking my next stay soon!

Perfect Palm Springs Experience

This house is amazing. I’ve rented a handful of places in Palm Springs over the years and this was leaps and bounds the best. The moment you walk in the house makes you feel special. Luxury vacation vibes all the way. There is so much space and light it’s impossible not to feel immediately relaxed but also a little giddy from the luxury of it all. The mid century modern decor provides that perfect Palm Springs style. All very comfortable as well. So many spots to take sun induced naps. The backyard pool area is unreal. The golf course is a beautiful backdrop and also felt super private. The mirror bathroom is reason enough to book (one of many great photo opps if that’s something you like out of your vacations). Beds were very comfortable. Master bedroom is unreal. Largest bathroom/master closet I have ever seen. Great water pressure, too. Sunken bar with windows out to the pool is a great touch. Kitchen is well stocked. No need to go out to eat. You’ll never run out of towels. I really loved the palm tree wall in one of the bedrooms (another photo opp!) The neighborhood is super peaceful for evening walks and there is a grocery store close by. The whole house sound system is killer. We had a wonderful poolside BBQ listening to music watching the sun set followed by an evening enjoying the hot tub surrounded by lit up palm trees. I slept so well. I was sad to leave this house. I’ll definitely book again. This is a ‘spend all day in your kimono’ sort of place. I could see doing a fun Coachella party weekend here or a relaxing family friendly vacation. House manager super nice and responded to texts immediately :)
