"The property was very nice and comfy, the views were beautiful, similar to the photos, though our stay was at Christmas. Pet friendly, a great location relative to the general Ramona area. Directions to property and accessing it were clear and detailed."

"We felt like there were many updates needed to make the experience reflect the listing. Great location, wonderful potential, maintenance needed, overall okay experience. Great kitchen set up for size, we had to shower other locations due to backed up drain and stuck shower cartridge, sleeping area was cluttered and the location needed to be deep cleaned and organized overall. There is a normal cleaning fee charged but it seemed signs posted about cleaning before leaving to keep clean charge low....

"Our trip to San Diego was made so much better by the experience of staying in this property. My girlfriend loves kittens, goats, and dogs and this property has all three. We had an issue logging into my account on the way to San Diego due to an unexpected hack so I had to create a new account just to contact the host. She called me immediately and made the check-in smooth and easy despite the challenges.
The view is even better in person. And their recommendation for local food spots was so...

"We booked six nights for two adults and three children. The pool was fine. The home itself is worn down. The tile in the house is broken, unlevel, and a tripping hazard. The kitchen needs to be refreshed and out of date food items thrown out and new kitchen pans and cooking utensils purchased. Towels are all old and mismatched. The dining table chairs are rickety and there is not enough seating for five people to eat at the dining table. The place is advertised as sleeping five but there is one...

"Great set up - the RV is very clean and comfortable, kitchen well-stocked for self-catering and plenty of other details have been provided for to make the stay comfortable. Loved having the outdoor space to make use of as well. Diane was quick and easy to communicate with and so accommodating. We would certainly use their place again and can highly recommend it!"
