Tranquil Private North San Diego Cottage/Guest 1 House

Beautiful Guest House on private lot in San Diego County. Enjoy the use of pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor fire pit. Centrally located in San Diego County.

This guest house is on a property where there is another vacation rental. This means there are two vacation rentals plus the main house where the owners live. Each vacation rental guest house is a separate structure.

ALL outdoor areas including POOL and JACUZZI are shared with owners who live onsite! The pool and Jacuzzi are located on a private property where the owners live.

You will have full use of your private vacation guest house with two bedrooms, full kitchen, full size washer/dryer, and bathroom. Enjoy the peace and tranquility this property has to offer. House has Apple TV and WIFI.

Do NOT book and ask for a refund. We will not grant a refund as it is a complete and absolute administrative hassle.
Property owners live onsite in the main house. Guests must be able to walk up steps and on ground cover. Parking is on the property next to the garage in the brick area. Guests will walk approximately 100 yards to the private guest house. Need to walk over bark.

Extra guests charges apply for guests of five (5) or more booked for and vary by night, season, and holiday.
AC is not to be turned on lower than 74 and heater not night than 78. Please be respectful of this and be mindful of energy conservation. AC or heater is not to be Left on when a guest is not present.

All common areas of the property are under video, audio, and picture surveillance at the discretion of the owner. Administration fees will apply if the host needs to contact VRBO it answers or deals with additional issues.

Host will charge any and all fees to guests they determine necessary to complete administrative tasks such as changing reservations, making alterations, excessive texting or contact, resolving any issues, and/or making property equipment run such as turning on the Jacuzzi. Only guests registered as staying the night in the property are allowed. All visitors must be approved in writing by the owners. All pets must be pre-approved in writing. We have a pet dog.

All outdoor amenities, pool/spa, and all outside grounds are shared and common space.

The pool is not heated.

Hot tub is not heated. It can be heated remotely by the owner but will depend on the owners’ availability. It is not guaranteed that we will heat it and it and a $95 per hour hearing fee is charged due to high gas prices. You need to be on the property before we will heat it so we don’t waste energy.. Additional heating requests can be accommodated for $95 hourly rate. All guests are asked to be on the property before the hearing is turned on. Use of the being hot tub being hot is NOT a guarantee if staying with us! Outdoor activities and pool/jacuzzi end at 9:30 pm as we live in a quiet neighborhood.
