"EXCELLENT customer service, very clean, modern, and the best breakfast ive ever had. All for a VERY affordable price. I will definatly be back every time i visit India. "
"I booked deluxe room which was on 3rd Floor with City view and windows. Nice clean towels, bathroom and beds linens. Aircon and hot water was available 24*7, ample car parking space, toleteries and hand-wash gel dispenser was available.
Room size was very good, lift was operational, food was good, tea was excellent, staff was polite and generous.
Travel desk for all local information was available."
"HK is stellar. The kitchen was excellent, room comfortable and the service like nothing Id had before. They let me late-check out on my last day at 6pm. It was my last day in India and I was short Rs200 for the airport taxi. So they offered me the taxi ride as a courtesy so that I wouldnt have to exchange an extra US$100. Ive never heard of anything like that. If you go to Amritsar, stay there!!!"
"Experience was good with the staff, room, food, room service, etc. the location is little disadvantaged as it will be atleast 5-6 kms that you have to travel to any city attraction."

The interior/decor is nice. But, the staff service is not good. We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls."

Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel.
