"HK is stellar. The kitchen was excellent, room comfortable and the service like nothing Id had before. They let me late-check out on my last day at 6pm. It was my last day in India and I was short Rs200 for the airport taxi. So they offered me the taxi ride as a courtesy so that I wouldnt have to exchange an extra US$100. Ive never heard of anything like that. If you go to Amritsar, stay there!!!"

We came back after four hours and our room was still not cleaned. The Internet for the TV did not work for the whole stay. Nobody came to check it despite multiple calls."

I would request the hotel to consider replacing the extra bed and mattress provided for extra bed for something better. The main bed was very comfortable. The hotel has been well furbished and all fittings work well (other indian hotel ive been to usually had something faulty or not well installed) and were well kept, such as taps being polished well. "One night stay on a month long stay in India. Very helpful with booking taxi to the airport. Room service available during the day. Very comfortable bed. Very clean room with the hotel having friendly staff and an upbeat modern feel that you would find in a European hotel. Lovely hotel.
