"I was overcharged on my 1 night stay at this hotel. They charged me for 3 nights of pets and snacks we did not have. I was assured at checkout this would be removed from my bill. I have called the hotel 5 times and the reservation line 3 times. I have email the general manager and she will not return a call or email. Sujo. Me senti em uma clínica veterinária . O hotel inteiro é sujo e mal conservado. Fujam desse hotel.
