"My family and I stayed here for a week this summer. The house and its amenities are great. The basement suite and bathroom are modern and the house is clean and well stocked. Stan is a thoughtful, responsive and reliable host. The highlight of the house is its secluded backyard, patio, clean and gorgeous salt water pool. It’s also so close to sag harbor, as well as 1 minute from groceries, restaurants and liquor store. We have been renting in the hamptons for years and this house is amazing "

Important because the dog over a certain tiny size alone can be a real issue but I get it and we are very respectful and clean. "Mark’s house is fabulous! We are a multi-generation family with 6 adults and 5 small children. Mark is an incredibly, responsive host. When we had any questions, Mark responded immediately. The house is absolutely beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and the kids had a blast! Mark thought of everything for the kids including kids’ table, toys, pool toys, booster seats, and cribs. Bedrooms are big with comfortable beds and many bathrooms with towels provided. The beach is close by...

"My family of 6 and I stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. My 80 yr old parents live in Southampton but we decided to rent instead of burdening them w/guests. The house had a great layout on the first floor w/everything needed for the holiday, which was great. Walkable to town and Tate's Bake Shop, definitely a plus. Beautiful neighborhood.
