The Space:

Guests will have access to the entire home, fenced backyard, private beach, and driveway parking.

*The 4th detached bedroom is available only for reservations of 8 guests. For bookings with fewer than 8 guests, this bedroom will remain locked and will not be rented separately.

*Jacuzzi is an optional add on.

*Laundry access is available upon request during your stay.

*Please note: The garage is not accessible to guests and will remain locked.

*We provide a starter supply of essentials for your convenience. Please note that these items are not replenished during your stay.

Private entrance with stair access, parking space for up to 4 cars, full fenced backyard & private beach.

Travelers arriving by train will appreciate the home’s proximity to the Hampton Bays Long Island Rail Road station - also just 5 minutes away - while Southampton Hospital is an easy 15-minute drive, offering peace of mind during your stay.

- Pet fee $250 per pet, per stay. Max 1 pet. If you have more than 1 pet please let us know in advance.

- Jacuzzi usage fee $250 + $50/day (Jacuzzi fee includes extra towels and 4 cozy robes for your use during your stay.)

- Detached 4th bedroom access only for 8 guests reservations.

- Laundry located in the garage. Access code will be provided under request.
