This apartment is perfect, and the hosts have thoughtfully provided just about anything a family could need for a comfortable stay--books, games, lots of extra blankets and pillows, even a guitar! The bedroom connects to the bathroom, which also can be entered from the living space, which is great for guests who might be sleeping on one of the sofa beds. The sidewalk to the basement...

"The house is located perfectly for a visit to Washington DC. And very close to the metro rail line. The amenities were perfect. The house looked just like it did in pictures. It was clean and conveniently located in Stafford. The host was easy to reach and quickly answered all inquiries. A couple things to note: - For coffee: there is both a drip system and a Keurig (which is not stated in the listing). - The check in/out time was a bit more constraining than other rentals...

"Our stay at the home was good. We had one hiccup that was the door combination wouldn’t work for about 5 minutes. Called the manager of the property and he responded quickly. Other than that the house was very clean. The neighbors were quiet. We enjoyed a BBQ with a few family members on Saturday for a birthday celebration. Overall it was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again."
